The Prescott area residential real estate market saw an overall increase of months worth of inventory. At 3.27 months of inventory it is still well below the median 6 months indicator of a "balanced" market. Less than six months of inventory suggests a "Sellers Market" because there is less inventory than there is buyer demand.
